DALMUS D. BAZEMORE

{LEAD} Mr. Dalmus Darden Bazemore, 82, of 105 E. Byrd St. died Tuesday June 21, 1994. He was a native of Bertie County, a member of the Cashie Baptist Church, an Army veteran, and a retired farmer.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, June 24, at the Walker Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery, Windsor.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Margaret Peele Bazemore, Windsor, N.C.; daughter and son-in-law, Alease B. Bunch and Gene Bunch, Richmond; sisters, Adelaide B. Jenkins, Aulander, N.C., and Etta B. Taylor, Greenville, N.C.; brothers, C.J. Bazemore, Virginia Beach, and Henry Lyon Bazemore, Ahoskie, N.C.

The family will receive friends at 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor. Memorial gifts may be made to the Bertie County Rescue Squad, the Cashie Baptist or Edgewood Baptist Church Memorial Funds.
