CHARLES E. FAULSTICK

{LEAD} Charles Edward Faulstick, 51, of the 4100 block of South St., died June 21, 1994, in a Portsmouth hospital.

Mr. Faulstick was born in Wheeling, W.Va. He had retired from the U.S. Navy after 25 years and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Margaret Faulstick; two brothers, John Faulstick of Southgate, Mich., and David Faulstick of McMackin, W.Va.; and a half-sister, Helen Platt of Belpre, Ohio.

The funeral will be held at 4 p.m. Friday in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Boulevard Chapel. Burial will be private.
