DAVID HUGHES

{LEAD} David Hughes, of the 3000 block of Aaron Drive, a custodian, died June 21, 1994, in a local hospital.

Mr. Hughes was born in Marion, S.C. He was employed with the Chesapeake Public School System.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Theresa Hughes of Chesapeake; three daughters, Pamela Green of Raleigh, N.C., Sandra Harrison of Mount Vernon, N.Y., and Lacion Harrison of Washington, D.C.; three sons, Dean Harrison of Fayetteville, N.C., and David Hughes and Tiernan Harrison, both of Chesapeake; and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at 11a.m. Friday in Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 3310 Deep Creek Blvd., Portsmouth, by the Rev. A. Knight. Burial will be in Rush Cemetery, Olanta, S.C. Metropolitan Funeral Service, Norfolk, in charge. The body will be shipped to South Carolina on Friday after the service. Family and friends will assemble at 3081 Aaron Drive (Chesapeake) on Friday at 10a.m. for funeral processional to the church.
