BLANDY HILL

{LEAD} Blandy Hill, 89, a homemaker, died June 22, 1994, in Norfolk.

Mrs. Hill was born in Poplar, N.C., and was the widow of Thomas H. Hill. She was a member of Church of God.

{REST} Survivors include two daughters, Elsie Finney of Chesapeake and Mabel Dennis of Norfolk; one son, Richard Hill of Norfolk; 20 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Clarence E. Hill.

A graveside service will be at 11:30 a.m. Saturday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Hill. The family will receive friends at Kellum Funeral Home, Pleasant Hall, Kempsville Chapel, from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
