The children are all natives of Virginia Beach.

{REST} Survivors include their mother and father, Becky G. Dozier and Billy R. Dozier of Virginia Beach; and grandparents, Donald and Patricia Gattshall and Billie and Gene Dozier, all of Virginia Beach; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
