ALMA E. BRYANT

{LEAD} Alma Elizabeth ``Ms. Alma'' Bryant, 49, of the 6000 block of South Stoney Point, a homemaker, died June 23, 1994.

She was born in Columbia, N.C.

{REST} Survivors include two daughters, Valerie Bryant and Samantha Bryant; two sons, William E. Bryant and Jamal Johnson; her mother, Cleo Bryant; and her father, Arthur Bryant, all of Norfolk; two brothers, James Bryant of Columbia, N.C., and Abner Bryant of Norfolk; nine grandchildren; a son-in-law, Leroy Parker Jr. of Norfolk; and a devoted friend, Harry L. Barnes of Portsmouth.

A funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday in Zion Light Church of Christ conducted by Elder William Best, with eulogy by the Rev. Flossie Johnson. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Viewing will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday at Serenity Funeral Home, Portsmouth, and from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the church. Family and friends will assemble at 6429 South Stoney Point at 12:15 p.m. Monday for the processional to the church.
