RECONSIDER PACKAGING

{LEAD} Your recent article about recycling in Hampton Roads and a letter to the editor regarding what is not yet recyclable prompt me to ask why you are still printing ads on slick paper?

In this day of environmental consciousness, I expect that the general public would prefer to have the ads printed on paper that can be recycled rather than separated and put in the trash barrel. No more loads of papers would be ``contaminated'' and dumped because someone added ``slicks'' to the paper bin. Please give consideration to this. Wouldn't it be cheaper for advertisers if slick paper weren't used?

{REST} Also, how about polling your readership about how your paper is divided? It is annoying to have to dig through the classified sections to find Hampton Roads Woman, and I dislike having to take the ads out of the comics section. Couldn't all the ads be put in one place and the two sections of comics combined for easier reading?
