{LEAD} Mary H. Simms, 71, of the 1400 block of Shelton Road, died June 25, 1994, in Virginia Beach General Hospital.

Mrs. Simms was the widow of Leeson Simms.

{REST} The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday in Kellum Funeral Home, Bonney Road Chapel, by the Rev. Robert F. Pittman. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will receive friends and family at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. today.
