EUGENE L. PRESSON

{LEAD} Eugene Lee Presson, 76, died June 26, 1994, in Southampton Memorial Hospital.

He was predeceased by his parents, John Cobb Presson and Georgia Mae Stakes. Mr. Presson was born in Isle of Wight County. He was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church and a former deacon. He was retired from Union Camp.

{REST} Survivors include his wife, Maude Presson of Carrsville; a daughter, Dixie Cobb of Windsor; one granddaughter, Vicki Cobb and three grandsons, Steve, Timmy and Ricky, all of Windsor; four great-grandchildren, Eric, Nathan, Brittney and Kriston Cobb, all of Windsor.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Holland-Rideout Funeral Home by the Rev. Richard Peerey and Steve Bradshaw. Burial will be in Beaver Dam Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home from 7 to 8 p.m. today.
