{LEAD} Kenneth ``Stormy'' Storment, died June 24. Survivors include his wife, Joyce of Jacksonville; four children, Rhonda Oller of Holcombe, Kan., Tammy Lingad of Jacksonville, Thomas Lewis of Norfolk and Mark Lewis, formerly of Norfolk, in the Air Force and currently transferring; and four grandchildren, Dana and Nikki Oller of Holcombe, Kan., Heather Ware of Norfolk and Dustin Lingad of Jacksonville.
