VIOLA DREWRY

{LEAD} Viola Drewry, 86, of the 5800 block of Eric St., died June 26, 1994.

Mrs. Drewry was born in Norfolk County and was the widow of Frank Drewry. She was a member of Grove Baptist Church and Job Lodge (NU)10.

{REST} Survivors include two daughters, Magdelene Jones and Ethel Smith, both of Portsmouth; 15 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two sons, Frank Drewry Jr. and James Drewry Sr.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Thursday in Grove Baptist Church by the Rev. Melvin O. Marriner Sr. Burial will be in Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery. The family will be at 5910 Eric St. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
