CHARLES LILLEY JR.

{LEAD} Charles Lilley Jr., 66, of the 300 block of Frizzell St., a retired painter, died June 27, 1994, in his home.

Mr. Lilley was born in Clarksville, N.C., and was the widower of Elsie Lilley. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.

{REST} Survivors include four sisters, Doris Perkins of Norfolk, Mary Sagraves of Winston-Salem, N.C., Evelyn Black of Las Vegas and Margaret Strickrodt of Norfolk.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday in Eure Christian Church Cemetery, Eure, N.C. The family will be at the home of Margaret Strickrodt, 260 McGinnis Circle, Norfolk. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
