ALBERT R. HOFFMAN

Albert Rodney Hoffman, 36, died June 29, 1994.

Mr. Hoffman was born in Key West, Fla., and was a Peninsula resident for most of his life. He was a martial arts instructor and owner of Al Hoffman's Institute of Jow Ga Kung Fu in Suffolk.

Survivors include his mother, Margaret Vann Hoffman of Hampton; one sister, Holly G. Aycock of Hampton; one brother, Lawrence Michael Hoffman of Hampton; and his best friend, Duane Cuthrell of Suffolk. He was predeceased by his beloved father, Albert Lawrence Hoffman.

A memorial service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Tuesday in Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home, Hampton, by the Rev. John Ellington. Expressions of sympathy shall be made in the form of donations to the Riverside Hospice Unit, 500 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News, Va. 23601.
