Dorothy Bell Poston, 72, of the 1900 block of Meadow Lake Drive, a homemaker, died June 30, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Poston was born Coopers, W.Va., and was the widow of George W. Poston Sr.
Survivors include one son, George W. Poston of Norfolk; one sister, Hazel Johnson of Colora, Md.; one grandson, George W. Poston III of Hillsboro, NC.; one granddaugther, Anita L. Litton of Norfolk; one great-grandson, Geoffrey William Poston of Hillsboro; and two great-granddaughters, Jessica Nicole Litton and Ashlie Marie Litton, both of Norfolk.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 5, in Mercer Funeral Home, Bluefield, W.Va. Burial will be in Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday.
