Garnett C. Crockett, 66, died June 30, 1994, in Virginia Beach.
Mrs. Crockett was born in Norfolk and was a Baptist. She was a past president of Junior Women's Club of Virginia Beach; past president of Hermitage Elementary P.T.A.; member of Norfolk Botanical Garden Society; and was a judge at the polls at Ocean Park Precinct.
Survivors include her husband, Malcolm K. Crockett Jr.; one daughter, Kelly C. Gray of Virginia Beach; two sons, Michael Crockett and Leslie Crockett, both of Virginia Beach; her mother, Lydia Commander Killmon of Norfolk; and one grandchild, H. Hunter Beaton III of Norfolk.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Rosewood Memorial Park by the Rev. Mark Pullen. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
