Mr. Robert Hartwell Harrell, 81, of Railroad St., died Sunday, July 3, 1994.
He was a native of Bertie County, a member of the Kelford Baptist Church and a retired farmer. He was predeceased by his son, Richard Harrell of Hampton.
A graveside funeral service will be held Wednesday, July 6, 1994, at 11 a.m. in the Roxobel-Kelford Cemetery by the Rev. Doug Spivey.
Survivors include two daughters, Betty Harrell Askew of Portsmouth and Minnie Harrell Wilson of Newport News; a son, Mark Harrell of Kelford; a sister, Minnie H. Braddy of Tarboro, N.C.; a brother, Shimmy Harrell of Kelford; and 10 grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, July 5, 1994, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Walker Funeral Home, Windsor. After the service the family will gather in the Roxobel Community Center.
Memorial gifts may be made to the American Cancer Society.
