WAVERLY J. HUNNICUTT

Waverly Jennings Hunnicutt, 80, died Monday, July 4, 1994, in Fairfax Hospital, Fairfax, Va.

Mr. Hunnicutt, a native of Surry, was a retired farmer and fertilizer salesman for Nuture's Fertilizer Co. He was a member of The Open Door Baptist Church in Culpeper and a member of the Culpeper Lions Club.

Survivors include his wife, Evelyn White Hunnicutt; two daughters, Nancy B. McKnight of Vienna, Va. and Mary Ann Pearson of Boston, Va.; four sons, John W. Hunnicutt of Stanardsville, Va., C. Ron Hunnicutt of Surry, Va., David K. Hunnicutt of Madison, Va. and R. Wayne Hunnicutt of Millington, Tenn.; two brothers, Barham Hunnicutt of Richmond and Clifton Hunnicutt of Chesapeake; 14 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Bacon's Castle Old Brick Cemetery, Surry. Colonial Funeral Home, Smithfield, is handling arrangements.
