Evelyn Louise Brown, 67, of the 2900 block of Seven Eleven Road, a homemaker, died July 2, 1994, in Chesapeake General Hospital.
She was born in Norfolk and was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Samuel Brown Sr.; one daughter, Elouise Meekins of Chesapeake; one son, Samuel Brown Jr. of the U.S. Air Force in Washington, D.C.; her mother, Nettie Owens of Chesapeake; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1p.m. Wednesday in Pleasant Grove Pentecostal Holiness Church, Chesapeake, by Bishop J.H. Kendrick. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. Community Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, is handling arrangements.
