George Lewis Brown III, 47, of the 2500 block of Staunton Ave., died July 4, 1994.
Mr. Brown was born in Norfolk County and was a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church, Chesapeake.
Survivors include his wife, Mary H. Brown; two daughters, Melissa Brown and Selissa Brown; his mother, Elsie Mae Brown; four sisters, Helena Brown, Denise Poeples, Teresa Howard, Georgia Yawn; one brother, Kenneth Brown; and one granddaughter, Dwanesa Brown.
A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Friday in Little Zion Baptist Church, Bowers Hill, Chesapeake, by the Rev. Roland Brown. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will be at the residence. The body will be in the church at 1:30 p.m. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
