Jerome John Arnold of the 3900 block of Sunstream Parkway, a student at Salem High School, died July 4, 1994, in a local hospital.
Jerome was born in Norfolk and was a member of the Salem High School Basketball Team.
He is survived by his mother, Joyce Granderson Arnold; his father, John T. Arnold Sr.; one sister, Darlene Sumter; three brothers, John Arnold Jr., Gregory Blackless and Charlie L. Arnold; and grandmother, Claretta Smith.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens by the Rev. H. Bernard Branch. Friends may join the family at the residence. A wake service will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday. Graves Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements. ILLUSTRATION: Personal Photo
