Arthur Williams of the 900 block of Marshall Ave., a laborer, died July 3, 1994, in a local nursing care center.
Mr. Williams was born in Warren County, N.C. He was the widower of Gertha Williams.
Survivors include one daughter, Evelyn Davis; four sisters, Selina Bland, Bessie Lee Strong, Louise Morris and Alice Stafford; one brother, Charlie Williams; and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday in Graves Funeral Home by the Rev. Clarence Russell Jr. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery. Friends may join the family at 1602 Elm Ave., Chesapeake.
