A chart in Thursday's Metro section comparing law school
applications had the years wrong in two cases. At the University of
Virginia, applications went from 5,887 in 1991 to 4,908 in 1994.
Nationally, the number of law school applicants (not applications)
went from 94,000 in 1991 to 83,300 in 1994.
On Saturday, Norfolk Clean Community is relocating the recycling
center at the Little Creek Multi-Service Center to the parking lot
at Kmart on Tidewater Drive. An item in Thursday's Norfolk Compass
had the date wrong.
