SLAYING SUSPECT ARRESTED

A 20-year-old man was arrested Wednesday night in connection with the July 1 slaying of Robert F. Deloatch, police said.

Tremaine L. Banks of the 200 block of W. 33rd St. was charged with murder and use of a firearm.

Deloatch was fatally shot at 1:30 a.m. in the 3500 block of Newport Ave. Deloatch had lived in the 800 block of 34th St.

Police are still looking for Banks' brother, Randall Banks, 22. He is described as a black male, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 145 pounds.
