Mrs. Joyce M. Williams, 51, a native of Marquette, Mich., died Thursday, July 7, at home.
Survivors include three daughters, Rise Williams-Ramsey of Hampton, Cynthia Johnson of Jacksonville, Fla., Vicki Lynn Williams of Norfolk; a son, Terrence Williams of Hampton, five grandchildren, three sisters, Germaine Matthews of Negawnee, Mich., Shirley Melka of Marquette and Carol Patrick of Lawrenceville, Ga.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. today at the Ronald C. Perkins Funeral Home, Hampton. Interment will be in Oakland Cemetery. The Rev. Sidney Perry will officiate.
