Otis L. Vick Jr., 43, of the 1400 block of Morris Crescent, died July 7, 1994.
Mr. Vick was born in Norfolk. He was retired from the Department of Commerce. He was a graduate of the College of William and Mary. Mr. Vick was a member of Lee Memorial Baptist Church in Chesapeake.
Survivors are his parents, Otis L. Vick and Janice T. Vick of Portsmouth; one sister, Janet V. Martin, and one nephew, Kelly Bryan Martin, both of Chesapeake.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am. today in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by Mrs. Ray O. Jones. The family will be at his parents' home, 1317 Hodges Ferry Road, Portsmouth. Memorial donations may be made to Lee Memorial Baptist Church, P.O. Box 9187, Chesapeake, Va. 23321. Oman Family Funeral Home, Great Bridge, is handling arrangements.
