ELLA N. LEWIS

Ella Elizabeth Nunn Lewis, 84, of the 600 block of Country Mill Court died in a Chesapeake Nursing Home.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Anniston, Alabama, and was the daughter of the late Monroe B. and Vada Morton Murphree. She was the widow of John Lewis. She was a member of East Hill Baptist Church, Pensacola, Florida, and had attended Hickory United Methodist Church. She was a retired beautician.

Survivors include one daughter, Ann E. Epling; one sister, Ola Brown of Birmingham, Alabama; one brother, Auburn Murphree of Anniston, Alabama; and two grandchildren, William S. Epling, Jr. and Patricia L. Epling, both of Chesapeake.

The body is being sent from the Oman Family Funeral Home, Great Bridge, to the Waters & Hibert Funeral Home, Pensacola, Fla. for a graveside service to be held at 10:am, Tuesday in St. John's Cemetery by Dr. Mel Deison.

The family will receive friends at the Waters & Hibert Funeral Home on Monday evening from 6-8:pm.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation.
