THE TIME, place and list of acts for Thursday's Reggae Sunsplash concert have been changed.
Due to immigration problems, Maxi Priest, Terror Fabulous and Marcia Griffiths have been dropped from the bill. Only Steel Pulse remains from the originally announced lineup. They will be joined by regional acts Awareness Art Ensemble and Zion Wave.
The show has been moved from 5:30 p.m. at Hampton's Strawberry Banks to 8 p.m. at the Boathouse in Norfolk.
