Geraldine Burdette ``Sister'' Smith, 66, of the 700 block of Burrow Ave., died July 10, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Smith was born in Norfolk. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Henry C. Smith; a daughter, Patricia Brown of Chesapeake; a son, Robert Smith of Chesapeake; three sisters, Evelyn Escue, Martha White and Elizabeth ``Libby'' Perry, all of Chesapeake; three brothers, Sammy Burdette, Buddy Burdette and Charlie Burdette, all of Chesapeake; five grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday in Chesapeake Memorial Gardens by the Rev. John A. McDonald. Viewing will be Tuesday from 3 to 8 p.m. in Francis A. Gay Funeral Home, South Norfolk Chapel.
