William R. ``Randy'' Galvin Jr., 53, died June 28, 1994, in his residence at Lake Lemon, Ind.
Born Nov. 13, 1940, in Norfolk, Va., he was the son of William R. Galvin and Grace (Rumburg) Holloway.
He earned associate, bachelor, and master degrees from Indiana University, where he was a Big 10 wrestling champion. He was also an Indiana All-State football player and wrestler.
Survivors include his wife, Mary F. Galvin; one son, Matthew Galvin of Indianapolis; one daughter, Roxanne McPheron of Indianapolis; his mother, Grace R. Holloway of Virginia Beach; and one grandson.
He was buried at Rose Hill Cemetery in Bloomington, Ind. Allen Funeral Home handled arrangements.
