GEORGIA H. WARREN

Mrs. Georgia H. Warren, 67, of the 16200 block of Everets Road, died July 9, 1994, in Louise Obici Memorial Hospital, Suffolk.

A native of Surry County, she was a daughter of the late Harry and Georgie Harper Holloway. She was a member of The New Jones Grove Baptist Church, Windsor, where she was a Sunday School teacher and member of the Missionary Circle, Beautification Club, Building Fund Committee and Usher Board.

Survivors include her husband, George H. Warren Sr.; two sons, George H. Warren Jr. of Smithfield and Thomas Warren of Upper Marlboro, Md.; six daughters, Easter Edwards of Chesapeake, Marie Warren, Barbara Dixon, Ethel Babb and Edith Warren, all of Windsor, and Joyce Hite of Newport News; one sister, Lucy Robinson of Smithfield; six brothers, the Rev. Joshua Holloway and William Holloway, both of Chesapeake; Joseph Holloway and Lewis Holloway, both of Carrollton, and the Rev. Charles Holloway of Virginia Beach and McKinley Holloway of Suffolk; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; two aunts, Ruth Harper and Fannie Harper, both of Suffolk; two sons-in-law; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in The New Jones Grove Baptist Church, Windsor, by the Rev. Alvin Pierce. Interment will be in the church cemetery. A wake service will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. today at The New Jones Grove Baptist Church, Windsor. The body will be placed in the church at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday. Crocker Funeral Home, Suffolk, is in charge.
