Paralee Alberta Long, of the 1600 block of N. Oriole Drive, a housewife, died July 8, 1994, in Portsmouth Naval Hospital.
Mrs. Long was born in Teshamingo, Miss. She was a member of Campostella Heights Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Climel Long of Norfolk; two daughters, Ruth Ann Houston of Grand Rapids, Mich., and Heather L. Long of Norfolk; a son, James E. Houston of Kansas City, Kan.; her mother, Elizabeth Williams of Marion, Ind.; a sister, Lena Williams of Marion; two brothers, Charlie Will Judge of Holly Springs, Miss., and Alonzo B. Williams of Marion; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
A wake service will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Campostella Heights Seventh Day Adventist Church by the Rev. Colin Braithwaite. Burial will be July 16 at Roystom Chapel Church Cemetery, Holly Springs, Miss. Viewing will begin Wednesday at 1 p.m. in Carlos A. Howard Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel.
