PAMELA O. TOWNES

Pamela O. Townes of the 1000 block of Wall St., a sales associate, died July 8, 1994, in her residence

She was born in Norfolk, daughter of Willie Mae Oliver of Norfolk and the late William Oliver Sr. She was a member of Second Calvary Baptist Church and was employed with State Farm Insurance Co. for three years.

Survivors include a daughter, Brandi J. Townes; a son, Clifton Townes III; six sisters, Catherine O. Canty, Donna Faye Oliver, both of Norfolk, Edna O. Bryant of Chesapeake, Marsha W. Oliver of South Carolina, Salonia O. Timberlake of Portsmouth and Joann O. Mazell of Ohio; three brothers, Dwayne E. Oliver of Norfolk, William Oliver Jr. of Georgia and Maurice K. Oliver of Texas; six nieces; 10 nephews; aunts; uncles; cousins; and dear friends.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in Second Calvary Baptist Church by the Rev. Geoffrey Guns. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. A wake service will be from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Friends may join the family at 6600 Chesapeake Blvd., Apt. E-2. Graves Funeral Home is handling arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Children of Pamela O.
