Detectives are looking for a man who robbed a Blockbuster Video store and abducted two workers Monday, later releasing them unharmed.
Police said a man in his 20s went into the video store in the 4200 block of Holland Road about midnight and pulled a handgun.
He robbed the store and forced the two clerks into a van that one of them owned. Police said the gunman made the victims drive to Interstate 464 near Freeman Avenue in Chesapeake, where he released them and fled in the van.
Police are looking for the van, a 1993 green Ford Aerostar with Pennsylvania plates AHA-9090, and the suspect, a white male about 6 feet tall with a medium build and short and wavy blond hair who was wearing a white T-shirt and black shorts.
