Percy L. Hundley Sr., 69, of S. Church St., died Friday, July 15, 1994, at his residence.
Mr. Hundley, a native of Isle of Wight County, was store manager for Farmers Service Co. He worked for 39 years, 1952-1991, when he retired. He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Wesleymen's Bible Class, Smithfield Masonic Lodge (NU)18, AF & AM, and American Legion Post (NU)49, George F. Dashiell. He was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his wife, Sally Pulley Hundley; two sons, Percy L. Hundley Jr. of Hampton and Michael T. Hundley of Smithfield; a sister, Nancy H. Allmond of Smithfield; a brother, Earl C. Hundley of Seattle; and two grandchildren.
A funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday in Trinity United Methodist Church by the Rev. Jay Ashby. Burial will be in St. Luke's Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m today at Colonial Funeral Home and suggest memorial donations be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, 201 Cedar St., Smithfield, Va. 23430, or a favorite charity.
