Clifton William ``Joe'' Blow, 57, of Greenland Boulevard, a retired plumber, died July 15, 1994, in Pendleton, N.C.
He was a native of Margarettsville, N.C., and formerly worked at W.D. Sams Plumbing & Heating Co.
Survivors include his wife, JoAnn S. Blow; a son, Ralph Ray Blow of Murfreesboro, N.C.; four stepchildren; his mother, Novella Garris Blow of Boykins, Va.; a sister, Betty J. Gray of Branchville, Va.; and five stepgrandchildren.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens by the Rev. Michael Brewer. The family will receive friends at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday. Memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
