The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission will hold a public hearing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the Pavilion.
The hearing is one of two scheduled by the commission to help determine the scope of an Environmental Impact Statement in relation to the Lake Gaston pipeline project.
A similar hearing was held last week in Raleigh, N.C., to gather input from residents living near that end of the proposed project. Approximately 40 people spoke at the hearing.
Hampton Roads citizens can sign up to speak or simply attend Wednesday's meeting to sign a roster to show their support.
