Lewis Melvin Bunch, 68, of the 1700 block of Wilroy Road, a retired office manager, died July 15, 1994, in Obici Hospital.
Mr. Bunch was born in Nansemond County, Va. He was a member of Cypress Chapel Congregational Christian Church and the Men's Bible Class. He was a Deacon Emeritus, Past Treasurer, and former teacher of the Men's Bible Class.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Mann Bunch; survived by his children; Cindy B. & Edward Unkefer, their daughter Maggie Unkefer, all of Sterling, Va.; Lyne B. & Richard Sanderson, their sons Philip White & Gabriel Sanderson, all of Nags Head, N.C.; G.C. ``Butch'' & Linda Glasscock Bunch of Suffolk; Lindsay A. Bunch of Suffolk; two sisters, Ethel B. Harrell and Louise B. Parker, both of Suffolk; and two brothers, Raymond S. Bunch of Lynchburg, Va., and William C. Bunch of Mims, Fla. He was the son of the late Ophelia Williams Bunch and Clarence Bunch.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday at Cypress Chapel Congregational Christian Church by the Rev. John R. Kimball. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. today in Hill Funeral Home. Memorials to: American Cancer Society, P.O.
