Marie W. Chappell, 53, of the 5700 block of Rivermill Circle died July 15, 1994, in her residence.
She was born in Norfolk and was a member of Grace Episcopal Church, I. Sherman Greene Chorale and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Survivors include her mother, Marie Willie; a brother, James A. Willie II; and several aunts and uncles.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Grace Episcopal Church, Norfolk, by Father Arcelious Elliott. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements. The family will be at the residence.
