CORRECTION/CLARIFICATION: ***************************************************************** In a story Sunday on the Senate debate, three challengers criticized U.S. Sen. Charles Robb for his support of a Clinton administration tax increase in 1993. The story had a wrong year. Also, it mischaracterized a strike bill that has been stalled by a Senate filibuster. The bill would ban employers from replacing striking workers. Correction published Wednesday, July 20, 1994. ***************************************************************** CHALLENGERS HAMMER ROBB IN SECOND DEBATE
