Frank L. Holland, 46, a retired Navy commander, died July 14, 1994, in his residence.
Mr. Holland was born in Panama City, Fla. He had retired from the Navy after 22 years. He was a Baptist.
Survivors include his wife, Paula H. Holland of Longwood, Fla.; and two daughters, Elizabeth Holland and Katherine Holland, both of Longwood, Fla.
The funeral will be conducted at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Thalia Lynn Baptist Church by Dr. Lawrence O. Harper. Burial will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 1994, in Arlington National Cemetery, where full military honors will be accorded. Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, is handling arrangements. The family will receive friends immediately following the service on Wednesday at the residence of Don Maccubbin, 625 Whitechapel Drive, Virginia Beach.
