Julia Ann Turner Jones, 84, of Route 1 died July 17, 1994, in Chowan Hospital, Ahoskie.
She was born in Princess Anne County. She lived in Petersburg, Va., for a number of years, then moved to Norfolk and later to North Carolina. She was a member of Bethany Baptist Church in Petersburg.
Survivors include two sisters, Florence T. Hill of Norfolk and the Rev. Lillian T. Moseley of Gates; one sister-in-law; one brother-in-law; nieces; nephews and cousins.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Thursday in Tabernacle Holiness Church, Virginia Beach, by Bishop Harry Norman. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park. E.A. Hughes Funeral Home, Norfolk, is handling arrangements.
