Christopher Matthew Tapley, infant son of Katherine Tapley and William Tapley of the 1800 block of Haviland Drive, died July 17, 1994.
He is also survived by a brother, Cameron Shane Tapley of Virginia Beach.
The body was cremated. Memorial donations may be made to the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit, c/o Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters. Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, is handling arrangements.
