Frank Phillip Jennings III, 29, of the 4800 block of Elmhurst Ave., a computer operator, died July 19, 1994, in his home.
Mr. Jennings was born in Norfolk and was employed with Pizza Hut. He was a member of McKendree United Methodist Church. He did volunteer work at the church and at DePaul Medical Center.
Survivors include his mother and father, Frances M. Jennings and Frank P. Jennings Jr. of Norfolk; maternal grandfather, Carson Lee Jenkins of Germantown, Md.; an aunt, Jeannette Smith of Florida; three uncles, Bill Smith of Florida, Gus Richie of Norfolk and Herbert Carter of Tennessee; aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Jenkins of Indiana; and several cousins of Norfolk.
A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday in McKendree United Methodist Church by the Rev. R. Eugene Larkin. Burial will be in Forest Lawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Smith & Williams Funeral Home, Norfolk Chapel, from 7 to 8 p.m. today. Donations may be made to McKendree United Methodist Church Memorial Fund.
