HARVEY WILLIAMS

Harvey ``H.W.'' Williams, 79, of the 4100 block of John Bean St., a self-employed Realtor, died July 19, 1994, in Maryview Medical Center.

Mr. Williams was born in Henderson, N.C., son of the late Lucretia and George Williams of Henderson.

Survivors include his wife, Eunice C. Williams; two daughters, Sheila R. Williams-Nicks of Portsmouth and Dorothy Williams of Philadelphia; a son, Randall K. Williams of Richmond; two grandchildren, Alfred Williams and Frances Williams and one great-grandchild, ShaFrances Williams, all of Philadelphia; a son-in-law, Chief William M. Nicks of Columbia, S.C.; daughter-in-law, Carla T. Williams of Richmond; cousins, James Alston and Jerri Alston, both of New York; and several other relatives in New York, along with a host of other relatives. He raised his nephew, Roy L. Cooper III, and his niece, Antionette C. Jones, both of Florida.

A funeral will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in Jerusalem United Holy Church, Chesapeake, by Bishop Hiawatha Pierce Jr. and Elder A. Ray Rouson. Burial will be in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens. Fisher Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
