ISABEL D. HOWELL

Isabel D. Howell, 100, of the 1100 block of Logan St., a homemaker, was found July 17, 1994, in her residence.

Mrs. Howell was born in Danville, Va. She was a member of First Baptist Church Logan Park, past president of Pastor Aid, member of the Missionary Circle and Flora Club and was Mother of the church. She was one of the founders of Four Scores Club and was the widow of the Rev. W.W. Howell.

Survivors include two grandchildren, Emmerell D. Williams of Norfolk and Robert C. Howell of Coeburn, Va.; and six great-grandchildren, Linette T. Norfleet, Walter E. Tolton, Linwood C. Tolton Jr. and Maurice A. Williams III, all of Norfolk, and Winifred B. Williams and Katrina L. Williams, both of Richmond.

A funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at First Baptist Church Logan Park (Titustown section) by the Rev. C.K. Jones. Burial will be in Laura Hill U.C.C. Cemetery, Holland, Va. Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements. Family and friends will assemble at the church at 10:30 a.m. for services.
