Willie Mae Coston, of the 2000 block of Gumbridge Road, died July 17, 1994.
Mrs. Coston was the widow of Moses M. Coston. She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church, Virginia Beach, the Usher Board and United Methodist Women.
Survivors include four daughters, Helen Zollicoffer of Virginia Beach, Gladys Johns and Lillie Beary of Brooklyn, N.Y., and Georgia F. Allen of Belgium; three sons, Richard Beary and John Beary, both of Virginia Beach, and Joseph Beary of Queens, N.Y.; four sisters, Beatrice Mackey and Carlene Bullard, both of Rowland, N.C., Bessie McCoy of Philadelphia and Edith Bradshaw of New York; 31 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday in Asbury United Methodist Church by the Rev. John Haynes. The family will be at 3956 Seeman Road, Virginia Beach. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel, is handling arrangements.
