Beegie Selby Sr. of the 3000 block of Kings Row Court, died July 19, 1994.
Survivors include a daughter, Sylvia Kennedy of New York; four sons, Isaac N. Selby and Milton E. Selby, both of Virginia Beach, Joseph R. Selby of Portsmouth and Caroel L. Selby of Powhatan, Va.; a sister, Thelma Palin of Columbia, N.C.; two brothers, Linwood Selby of Philadelphia and Shirley Selby of Columbia, N.C.; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A funeral will be conducted at noon Saturday in Asbury United Methodist Church by the Rev. John Haynes. Burial will be in Colonial Grove Memorial Park. The family will be at 3059 Kings Row Court. Community Funeral Home, Virginia Beach Chapel, is handling arrangements.
