Susan Long Cahoon, 64, of the 2000 block of English Ave., died July 22, 1994, in her residence.
Mrs. Cahoon was born in Isabella, Tenn., and was the daughter of the late Julie Mae Christy Long and Fred Long.
Survivors include her husband, Willie J. Cahoon; two daughters, Christy Bolick and Brenda Elliott, both of Chesapeake; two sons, Herb Cahoon and Rahn Cahoon, both of New Jersey; three sisters, Phyliss Long, Linda Campbell and Betty Barrett, all of Chesapeake; four brothers, Fred Long Jr. of St. Petersburg, Fla., Thomas Long of Brooksville, Fla., Britt Long of Chesapeake and Hoyt Long of Bristol, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Sean Elliott and Cara and Jason Bolick, and one great-grandchild, Kolby Ferguson, all of Chesapeake.
A funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Indian River Chapel. Burial will be in Woodlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the funeral home from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday and other times at her residence.
