ALEXANDER ALSTON

Alexander Alston, 77, of the 200 block of Luray St., died July 22, 1994, at home.

Mr. Alston was born in Raleigh, N.C., and was retired from Virginia Power. He was an active member of Covenant Presbyterian Church in Norfolk and served in many civic organizations.

Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth Baptiste Alston; a son, Theron A. Alston; several nieces and nephews; a sister-in-law; and a brother-in-law.

A funeral will be held at Covenenat Presbyterian Church, Norfolk, at 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 27, 1994. Burial will be in Roosevelt Memorial Park, Chesapeake. Arrangements are by Wilkerson's Funeral Home, Petersburg.
