BANKING
NationsBank promoted Belva Wallace, Steve Terrell and Suzanne Van Doren from vice presidents to senior vice presidents.
Wallace is in charge of bank card services support, Terrell is in charge of management development, and Van Doren is in charge of card services quality and administration.
The bank also promoted Patricia M. McCaffery, Paul K. MacMillan, Michelle Maull and Randy R. Webb Jr. from assistant vice presidents to vice presidents.
Loretta Wilson was named president of the mortgage division with Princess Anne Bank in Virginia Beach.
Wilson had been with Signet Bank for 16 years, where she served as vice president for business development and portfolio management of residential development and construction.
Virginia Beach Federal Savings Bank named Mark F. Baumgartner and John M. Reddecliff senior vice presidents.
Baumgartner joined the bank in 1991 as controller, and most recently was chief accounting officer.
Reddecliff joined the bank as vice president of real estate finance in 1992. He most recently was first vice president and manager of real estate finance.
Also, the mortgage arm of the savings bank, Beach Fed Mortgage Corp., named Bryan E. McKernon a senior vice president. McKernon joined the mortgage company in 1992, and has been its chief retail officer since 1993.
EDUCATION
Jo Ann Blair-Davis was appointed to the board of visitors with Old Dominion University. Blair-Davis is an estate planning, probate and taxation attorney with the law firm of Clark & Stant in Virginia Beach.
Virginia Wesleyan College elected G. Robert Aston Jr., Vincent J. Mastracco Jr. and the Rev. Wilfred M. Mayton to its board of trustees.
Aston is president and chief executive officer with Commerce Bank. Mastracco is an attorney with Kaufman & Canoles, and Mayton is superintendent of the Eastern Shore district of the United Methodist Church.
LAW
Deborah C. Sagedy was appointed an associate with the law firm of Jeremiah A. Denton III in Virginia Beach. Sagedy has been a paralegal with the firm for six years. She was admitted to the bar after reading the law under Jack E. Ferrebee. Sagedy will specialize in trial practice, with a concentration in personal injury and domestic relations.
REAL ESTATE
Bill Dore was named vice president of research and development with Rose & Krueth Realty Corp. Dore joined the real estate firm in 1991 as a market research analyst. He will also be director of the company's market research subsidiary, Residential DataBank. MEMO: Executive Track reports upper-level executive and management changes.
